Meitar's litigation department has extensive experience in representing leading multinational companies in complex corporate, commercial and civil litigation in Israel, as well as in major local and international arbitrations. Our litigation group has seven partners and more than thirty associates. We have earned a solid reputation for effectively and professionally handling a wide variety of complex civil cases, as well as white-collar criminal matters.

The strength of our litigation practice stems from our ability to deal effectively at the highest professional level with complex litigation matters in a variety of fields. The subject matter of the cases we handle include by way of example such diverse fields as securities class actions, product liability crises, alleged fixing of oil prices, biotechnology IP and FDA fraud.
