  • Sourcing agreement between Regentis Biomaterials and Baxter Healthcare Corporation for the purchase of biological material for use in clinical trials.
  • Co-marketing agreements for biomarkers between Glycominds and European pharmaceutical companies.
  • Clinical validation agreement between Glycominds and multinational European-based pharmaceutical company.
  • Licensing and distribution agreement between Notal Vision and Carl Zeiss.
  • Patent license agreement with Brigham and Women’s Hospital for specialty pharmaceutical company on a Phase III combination drug.
  • Patent purchase agreement between Kyoto University and Israeli biotech company on pre-clinical chemokine-based drug.
  • License, purchase and sponsored research agreements between biotech start-ups and the technology transfer arms of research institutes, such as University of Texas (MD Anderson), MIT, Stanford, the Weizmann Institute (Yeda), Hebrew University (Yissum), Technion, Tel Aviv University (Ramot), Hadassah (Hadasit) and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
