The insurance and asset management sector in Israel has undergone significant regulatory change in recent years. - Representation of Euler Hermes in its investment in the Israel Foreign Trade Credit Risk Company.
- Representation of the Sampoerna Group in the purchase of 20.2% of the share capital of Harel Insurance Investments, for a purchase price of $194 million.
- Representation of Harel Insurance Investments in the purchase of Leumi PIA mutual funds from Bank Leumi, for a purchase price of NIS 565 million.
- Representation of Harel Insurance Investments in the purchase of Leumi Provident Funds from Bank Leumi, for a purchase price of NIS 575 million.
- Representation of Clal Insurance in the purchase of Atudot, a pension fund management company.
- Representation of Shlomo Ben Haim in a major investment in Prisma Investment House.
- Representation of a major international investment bank in a fund management agreement with one of Israel's largest mutual fund companies.
