Our Technology Group has in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in structuring and negotiating information technology transactions of varying scope and complexity, from worldwide software development and distribution agreements to basic end-user licenses. Development, licensing and distribution of content, software, hardware, ERP, semiconductors and mobile phone applications and services are among the kinds of transactions that our Technology Group regularly handles for our clients throughout the world. Having advised both licensors and licensees of technology in hundreds of negotiated agreements, we are keenly attuned to advocating and advancing the interests of our clients, while addressing the other side’s concerns. Our involvement in a broad variety of transactions of varying complexity allows us to guide our clients as to recent trends and to customary provisions in order to efficiently facilitate the closing of agreements.
