Dr. Tal Tirosh’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, strategic investments and general corporate matters. Tal represents corporations, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds and individual entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Meitar, Tal worked as a senior M&A associate in the Corporate Group of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in New York from February 2006 - December 2009 and at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York from February 2002 - February 2006, where she was an associate at the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and had also completed rotations in the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions practice groups.

Tal received her J.S.D. from Yale Law School in 2007, her thesis is entitled: "When Dominant Does Not Mean Domination — A New Theoretical Framework for Thinking About Software Markets Competition".
Tal’s recent publications include: "Initial Discussions & Strategic Considerations (Chapter 4)" and "Preliminary Agreements (Chapter 5)" in M&A Practice Guide (2009, LexisNexis).
