Yuval Z. Sasson

Yuval represents Israeli and international clients in courts and arbitrations. Yuval regularly handles complex international litigation and has vast experience representing and appearing before all judicial instances in cases involving corporate law, commercial law, insurance law, class actions, product liability and administrative law. As part of his practice Yuval advises clients in the course of criminal investigations and in connection with white-collar offences, including securities related offenses, antitrust, extraditions and executives' responsibility.
Yuval represents companies in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions. Yuval also provides legal advice regarding corporate and commercial issues, including legal opinions with respect to Israeli laws and regulations.
Prior to joining the firm Yuval was Deputy to the State Attorney of Israel handling primarily high profile international law matters.

Representative experience:

• Representation of the CEO of Remedia, a leading Israeli baby food manufacturer and importer, in criminal charges brought against him in Israel in connection with products sold by Remedia.
• Representation of an Israeli company in the field of clean-tech in patent litigation matters in China.
• Representation of Milotal, one of Israel's largest frozen vegetable manufacturers and its CEO, in a criminal antitrust litigation.
• Representation of the General Trustee and Formal Receiver of the State of Israel in a dispossession action of over 1,200 dunams of land.
• Representation of one of Israel's largest international security companies in a wide variety of commercial matters, including a supply and services agreement of over $100 million.
• Representation of Solbar Hatzor, an Israeli company operating globally in manufacturing of soy bean and protein products, in a $30 million class action on a product liability case.
• Representation of Bayit Meniv, Israel's primary ”reverse mortgage” provider, in a variety of legal issues and complex mortgage agreements.
• Representation of the joint CEO's of Shtang Civil Engineering & Construction Co. in their acquittal from offenses of involuntary manslaughter relating to their construction sites.
• Representation of a large manufacturer of water treatment products in a royalty claim of one of its former employees regarding the company's key product.
• Representation of the shareholders of Kanyonim, in an NIS 20 million lawsuit concerning the construction of commercial and residential building.
