Yoav Sade is a partner in the corporate and securities group and leads the firm’s China practice.

Yoav’s work focuses on international projects and transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, investments, commercial and business law, high-tech, computer law, Internet, technology and intellectual property.

In particular, Yoav has had extensive experience working on matters related to the Chinese market for over 20 years, and offers his clients comprehensive and strategic services in all matters relating to their activities in China, establishing their presence in China, and assisting them in the negotiation of business transactions with potential partners in China, from the very early stages until closing.

Yoav’s services to foreign businesses active in China include the establishment of representation offices, foreign wholly-owned enterprises, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and the commercialization of products and technologies in the PRC market.

Yoav’s clients on PRC-related matters include leading Israeli and foreign corporations in a variety of industries, including high-tech, Internet, medical devices, biotechnology, clean-tech and green technologies, water treatment, textile, agriculture, optics, chemicals, education, food, pharmaceuticals, retail, automotive and others.

Yoav serves as Vice Chairman of the Israel-China-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and has lectured before various forums on the negotiation of business transactions and the legal aspects of doing business in China.
