Yoav Nahir is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. He represents companies in public and private offerings, in addition to advising companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with regard to corporate and commercial transactions.
Yoav deals mainly with domestic Mergers and Acquisitions relating to public companies.

Representative experience:

  •  Merger of Oil Refineries (ORL-BAZAN) and Carmel Olephines in an NIS 1.5 billion share exchange transaction.
  • Representation of private sellers in the sale to the Supersol Company of 50% of a supermarket chain for NIS 100 million .
  • Representation of Oil Refineries in its  privatization and in the splitting of ORL (the Haifa located refinery) from the Ashdod oil refinery.
  • Representation of The Fishman Group and The Neto Group in raising of capital.
