Amir Kaiser is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group. He represents corporations in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, public and private debt and equity financings, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, technology licensing and distribution and marketing arrangements. Amir also provides ongoing legal advice to public and privately-held companies on corporate and commercial issues.
