Yoseph Cohen

Yoseph (Yossi) Cohen, a partner in the Real Estate Group and the Corporate Group, is engaged mainly in real estate law, commercial law and related litigation. Yossi handles domestic transactions in various areas, including complex transactions that require comprehensive knowledge of all areas of commercial law, including the laws concerning contracts, real estate, banking, torts, intellectual property and tenders. Yossi also provides ongoing general corporate and commercial advice to domestic clients. In the framework of representing corporate clients, Yossi regularly handles their ongoing contacts with local authorities in connection with government licensing, land registration and tenders, and represents them in civil litigation in Israeli courts.

Among the real estate clients with whom Yossi has recently worked are some of Israel’s major building and investment companies such as the Aurec Group, the Fishman Group (through O’Neal, CDK and Darben), Lenox and U. Dori.
