Dror Brandwein

Dror Brandwein, of counsel, is a leading expert on Israeli securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, financial instruments, banking and insurance. Dror has represented some of Israel’s largest corporations in a variety of significant corporate and financing transactions and has been involved in many large public issuances of securities in Israel.
   
Dror was a member of the Editorial Board of the Hebrew University Law Review, 1983-1984.

Dror was the founder and a senior partner in Leshem Brandwein (1994-2003), a partner at Lipa Meir, Leshem & Co. (1991-1993); a partner at Barzel & Co. (1987-1990) and an associate at Zadok, Barzel, Striks, Edelist, Sela & Co. (1985-1987).
