Aviv represents entrepreneurs, investors and companies in financing transactions. Additionally, Aviv provides legal services to both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Aviv is deeply involved in the day-to-day legal operational and business activities of her clients, including in analyzing their strategic and legal needs and requirements with a view towards providing the clients with a superior legal solution. Aviv assists clients in choosing and implementing financing solutions (including through private and public offerings), in considering relevant IP strategies, bonus and benefits plans, in structuring distribution, licensing and marketing arrangements, in addressing tax structure issues, and in handling their international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
