The Right Way to Revise Your Site's Terms of Use

You may have thought that you could revise your website terms of use any time you want. It turns out you'd be wrong.  In a recent Texas case, which arose from serious privacy concerns raised by Facebook's Beacon program, the court held that a website needed to follow specific rules in order for changes in its Terms of Use to be enforceable.
